A proof of concept utility to display diffs of system checkins

to run:

1. install pipenv (https://pipenv.pypa.io/en/latest/)
2. run pipenv shell from the checkout dir
3. run pipenv install from the checkout dir
4. run python diff.py. This will display usage options.
