This is a simple plugin for creating a "stuttering" effect for your audio. It is in the LV2 format, which means you need a program supporting LV2 plugins to use this. Some examples are: Ardour, Ingen, QTraktor, Traverso, and lv2_jack_host. In order to build this plugin, you will need the core LV2 bundle installed (commonly called lv2-core), and then go to this directory in a terminal and run "make" and then "sudo make install" to install it. If you are using a debian based system, I would suggest using checkinstall instead to install it, by running "sudo checkinstall" from this directory. Once installed, the plugin should be automatically detected by your chosen plugin host.
