Copy the module.make
file into the same folder with your primary makefile.
Or download with curl directly:
curl -L -o module.make https://bit.ly/module-make
Or with wget:
wget --content-disposition https://bit.ly/module-make
In your primary makefile, add the following lines to install jeffhung/python.make
from github via module.make
.

include $(call module,jeffhung/python.make)
Or if you want to customize the file name:

include $(call module,https://raw.githubusercontent.com/jeffhung/python.make/master/python.make)
Or with the customized file name, if the last part of the url is not a proper name:
include $(call module,https://bit.ly/python-make,python.make)
