remove the old repo & clone the new one with:
cd /srv/gsfs0/projects/snyder/chappell/scripts
rm -rf Unix_Bash_scripts
git clone --recursive https://github.com/jchap14/Unix_Bash_scripts
chmod 777 ./Unix_Bash_scripts/*
