Uses canvas; thus, it might not work well with old browsers.
Conforms to BPFK Decision "ban on semivowels preceded by a consonant" when parsing cmevla

1. Silence, stretch & intonation
2. Dynamics (stress dots)
3. Toggle whether to use lines & character size

5. Report errors in a more user-friendly way
6. How about making a dropbox that let you select the language? (and how can I do that without reloading?)
7. Make canvas area resizable
