A simple command line js application that will generate a README.md file based on USER input.
These are the samples of the README.MD generator.

Type the following npm install commands one at a time: npm install i, npm install axios, npm install inquirer in the command line while in the Develop folder.

- npm is the package manager for the Node JavaScript platform.

- axios is a Promise based HTTP client for the browser and node.js. I used axios to fetch the user Github username input.
