This includes data on ventilators, clinics and hospital beds, census demographics, flu rates, and city policies.

Data sets

Collections of relevant datasets to combine with testing data.

• acs_health_insurance: Health insurance rates by state from the American Community Survey, using 2013-2018 data (also includes data by age and employment status)
• cdc_flu_data_season_2019: Data from the CDC Fluview data set for the current season (starting 2019), including state-level information on ILINet (influenza-like illness) surveillance data and pneumonia and influenza mortality, and national-level hospitalizations for influenza and pneumonia
• kff_hospital_beds: Hospital beds per capita by state from the Kaiser Family Foundation - 2018 data (the most recent available)
• us_census_data: Estimated population data and population density by state and county (plus age breakdown) from 2018, courtesy of the US Census
• hyperknot : Full planet GeoJSON extracts, based on ISO and FIPS codes, with population data (to add)
