Development:

1. npm install to get dependencies.
2. npm start to start server. Open http://localhost:8080.

Screens:

1. http://localhost:8080/ - loads the registration page.
2. http://localhost:8080/schedule - loads the list of doctors page, the date defaults to today. Clicking the name/title will expand to show details. Clicking the 'Book an Appointment' and 'X' closes the details.
