LFB-OVERTIME
As a Firefighter in the London Fire Brigade, it is obvious there is a need to develop an overtime availability system. The current method is a team of people calling hundreds of firefighters a day asking if they can work X and Y. This program allowed firefighters to create their user account, and then weekly they can show what they are available for. EPT can see what skills and rank they hold. The idea is to reduce the amount of phone calls being made because they should only be getting 'Yes' answers.
