Once you run the application, you'll see a panel with a lot of buttons or toggles. You can toggle everything except the revert and choose image button. Revert clears all filters, and choose image allows you to choose a jpg to edit from your own files. Press space to take a picture - it will be saved to the data folder. Taking a picture does not depend on if you're taking in video.
