Local, iterative GitOps/ArgoCD manifest development with minikube and Gitea
Leveraging the fact that minikube mounts the host filesystem under /minikube-host in the docker container running Kubernetes, we can extract the bare git repo from the folder the Makefile is running from, and pass it to gitea to be served internally over the headless service gitea-http.
