Make sure postgresql is running on your machine. Make a superuser account username "elixir" password "ittdb123." The program should set it up automatically.
Run "mix ecto.create" from inside the containing directory and go to localhost:4000.
Run "mix phx.server" from inside the containing directory and go to localhost:4000.
Also, postgresql is required.
The project is an alternate history post-Vienna Congress simulation where France, Russia, and Austria ally against Prussia, Britain, and the newly formed Patrickstan. Your goal is to battle those countries by killing one each night until only one faction remains (unless there is a wipeout).
