Workflow Plugin for CakePHP 2.x

1. put in plugins folder. watch for the lowercase of directory name.
# git submodule add -f git@github.com:egi/workflow.git plugins/workflow
2. load the plugin manually by using this single call in app/Config/bootstrap.php
CakePlugin::load('workflow'); //Loads a single plugin
3. DB initialization: (from your app directory)
./Console/cake schema create --plugin workflow
