Build a Java server application that conforms to RFC 865.
Usage is as follows:
Open Terminal and run the QOTD Server
java SocketServer
port is set to 80 on default
for both UDP/TCP clients run
java TCPClient localhost 80
or
java UDPClient localhost 80
