Clincal Graphics DICOM annotator
This utility allows you to annotate DICOM files with labeled markers, which are exported to a JSON file for later use.
Installation
Installation can be performed using the conda build recipe found in the recipe subdirectory.
That is:
pip install pydicom conda build recipe conda install --use-local clinicalgraphics
