IMAGE USAGE AND COPYRIGHT PROTECTION AGREEMENT
This Image Usage and Copyright Protection Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of 7/3/2023, (hereinafter referred to as the "Effective Date") between Marsss (hereinafter referred to as the "Owner") and any individual or entity (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who downloads or uses images from the GitHub repository with the URL [https://github.com/itsmarsss/DogePics] (hereinafter referred to as the "Repository").
WHEREAS, the Owner is the lawful owner or authorized licensee of certain images contained within the Repository;
WHEREAS, the Owner desires to protect their copyrighted images and ensure that they are only used as specified within this Agreement;
WHEREAS, the Owner wishes to establish clear guidelines for unauthorized use of the images and provide a procedure for reporting such unauthorized use;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the parties agree as follows:

Image Usage Restrictions: a. The User acknowledges that the images contained within the Repository are the exclusive property of the Owner. b. The User agrees not to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works based on the images without obtaining prior written consent from the Owner. c. The User may only use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to viewing and sharing from the Repository or the URL provided.

Reporting Unauthorized Use: a. If the User discovers any images that are not contained within the Repository or the URL specified, they must immediately contact the Owner at the following email address: itsmarzzzzzz@protonmail.com. b. The User agrees to provide detailed information about the unauthorized use, including the location, description, and any supporting evidence (e.g., URLs, screenshots, etc.). c. The User understands that failure to report unauthorized use may result in legal action against the User for copyright infringement.

Intellectual Property Rights: a. The User acknowledges that all intellectual property rights in the images, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, are owned by the Owner. b. The User agrees not to contest the Owner's rights or claim any ownership or authorship of the images. c. The User understands that unauthorized use of the images may infringe upon the Owner's intellectual property rights and may result in legal consequences.

Indemnification: a. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Owner from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with any unauthorized use of the images.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United States of America.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Image Usage and Copyright Protection Agreement as of the Effective Date.
