Goals: show skills of working with RESTful API and databases using android

Task :

1. Fetch data with JSON 2. Insert data to SQLite DBMS without any wrappers. 3. Show all students on the screen. 4. Show all course for concrete student in the Dialog when click "info" button. 5. Implement possibility of filter data by course and average mark. 6. Implement pagination(20 rows)
