The KoBITApp helps an employee who has a problem/conflict by providing an overview of the employer contact points, offering support for the right employer contact points in the respective situation, and centrally providing information and opportunities for reflection on the topic of conflicts.
The KoBITApp is user-centric, low-threshold offering, contribution to digitization.
