ixgen

Ixgen is yet-another open-source, multi-platform generator for peering configurations on IXs incorporating the global peeringdb api, but also is able to spin up its own "compatible" server for faster results. Ixgen is configured by an INI- or JSON-style format, producing custom template-driven or fixed json-style configurations, that can be printed on the terminal, to a file or served by HTTP. Direct access to routers REST-APIs and ssh/scp-upload is planned.

mlxsh

mlxsh is the missing, fast power command-line and shell that enables you to enter configuration changes or run commands simultaneously to groups of Brocade or Extreme Networks Netiron devices (MLX, CER, MLXE, XMR, ICX, Ironware), SLX-Devices or Juniper switches via Secure Shell (ssh).

ksysrqd

ksysrqd is a Linux kernel module for calling magic sysrq-keys over TCP/IP. Therefore it runs inside kernel space and is OOM safe. Also can be used as debugging tool or hacking backdoors inside the kernel (with patches of course) ;-).

postfixauth

postfixauth(user) limits the access to postfix sendmail-routine and smtp-auth-routine by checking the rate of sent emails in a given time period. Its small and easy to configure.

aspather

aspather is a small tool that reads in a BGP table output from the Brocade command "show ip bgp routes" and calculates to a given target CAM size by filtering out AS numbers.

unfoldedip

Unfolded is a distributed monitoring service for checking the availability of hosts or single services (TCP, HTTP, PING) in one or several networks.

checkDNSZone

A small program to continously do DNS requests for zones from an input file and compare the returned data to a SHA1 checksum that has been calculcated before. Easy to install as a local service in a monitoring system like checkMK.

fifolog

PoC, continuously read out a FIFO and automatically log+rotate file.

alertPacket

monitors and prints warnings if certain packets on a network interface are missing. used to be run on interval by checkMk.
