A Bot for the Bulgarian variation of Sixty Six.
Rules specific to the Bulgarian version:

Exchanging, closing and annoncing a marriage may not be done on the first trick.

Exchanging and closing may not be done when there are only two cards left in the talon.

Closing may only be done after drawing a card from the talon.

Annoncing a marriage may be done after the talon is depleted or closed.

Failing to reach 66 points (or the opponent reaching 66 first) after closing awards the opponent 3 game points.

The dealer of one game deals in the next one.
