Forked from https://github.com/chamilad/stratos-dockerfiles and done following changes:
- Changed base image's parent image to debian:7.7
- Changed php image's base image to stratos/base-image
- Updated python agent package to 4.1.0-alpha
- Refined docker image definiions to reduce commands
- Fixed remove command issue in php image
