I adopted zShell configuration from www.jukie.net/~bart/blog/20080404105620 and modified it to support OSXx too. This files are my initialization files for zShell. It includes support for OSX and git branch in prompt.

check out the repository to a directory named .zsh.d your home directory git checkout git@github.com:iltempo/zshd.git ~/.zsh.d

extend your existing .zshrc file with the contents of .zshrc.template or just copy it ~/.zshrc if you haven’t got one already.

modify S60_prompt
If your run this configuration on osx you will maybe will get errors about non existing gleadlink command. If you do so please install coreutils sudo port install coreutils
