Retain custom alignment colors from gff3

It would be great if igv-reports were to retain custom color info from gff3 format files. Currently, it appears that it strips out “color=#hexid” fields but retains everything else.
Ah, good catch. I'll look into it.
This is fixed with release 1.10.0
