The app combins Samsung watch Heart Rate Widget, smart phone and Smart Drive Link to create a safe driving experience for senior to get early notification when they have heart problem. From the Watch, the app uses the Heart Rate detector to access the heart rate information for the heart rate monitor of the driver. The built-in sensor on the back of the device detects the driver's heart rate.
When the heart rate comes to issue, the in vehicle message will be trigger and connect to the GPS, which will notify the driver the contact information, direction on nearby hospital.
The driver's heart rate history is stored in the the watch with S Health application on your Gear S2 and on your mobile device (if S Health is installed on your mobile device). The Heart rate report will be generated to view the driver's history.
This is an early beta app to show case how a complete integration can be done using technologies with smart watch, mobile phone and in vehicle app to provide a sceurity net for senoiors. More development will need to be done to create a smooth notification to medical care during emergency happen.
