Internal submodule of the ServiceTree framework (an event-driven, platform agnostic, compact framework for services/provider for the browser written in ES6).
Only real-world use it has seen is as a part of polymer-fx project which itself is now stale. However, you are welcome to use this codebase as a starting point for your own.
