Reading multi-frame Contiuum GIF EELS / 4D-STEM files

Describe the functionality you would like to see.
Adding load functionality for multi-frame data written by Continuum. These seem to be written as .dm4 file with links to .RAW files. There can be multiple RAW files for a given multi-frame dataset as their size is capped at ~10 GB.
Describe the context
Loading these files would allow better alignment in post processing!
