Scene synthesis datasets, 3d-future and 3d-front are currently using their own format that is not compatible for the general computer graphics application. This code coverts the trainning specific dataset to the general scene description format Universal Scene Description.

We only provide following format conversion, when we build USD-plugins.

To convert dataset files, use the following commands:
- Furniture convertor
python future_to_usd.py -i 3D_FUTURE_DATASET_PATH -o YOUR_FOLDER
- Front convertor
python front_to_usd.py -i 3D_FRONT_DATASET_PATH -m 3D_FUTURE_DATASET_PATH -o YOUR_FOLDER
