[Feature request] Add scenario build test

Motivation
As there are more and more scenarios added in the /scenarios/ folder, there's a chance that our new changes, especially sstudio-interface-related changes, could break some of the existing scenarios without noticing, and we don't have such check yet.
Proposal
Adding a check to build and run all scenarios in /scenarios/ folder in CI so that we could guarantee that when PRs are up, all scenarios are up to date and work properly with the changes.
