For target DPI=122 for applications supporting XSettings, Xft/DPI
sets font scaling (and sometimes interface scaling), Gdk/WindowScalingFactor
sets
interface scaling with GTK 3, and
Gdk/UnscaledDPI` undo font scaling for GTK 3 applications.
