Point-Cloud-Registration-Technology-Based-on-PCA
The point cloud registration technology works for matching the scanning point cloud of the workpiece and the 3D model of the workpiece. The global registration algorithm based on the principal component analysis(PCA) used to solve the principao component direction of the 3D point cloud data.The two point clous are converted to the principal component space by using the model in the attitute stability of the principal component space. Simulation experiments in MATLAB show that the matching effect of the point cloud model with obvious distribution characteristics is satisfying.
