Change to single binary architecture

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
For Mason with seqan3 it was necessary to have multiple binaries for the KNIME wrappers to work. This is not necessary any more.

Describe the solution you'd like
Change architecture to provide a single binary per command. We can later provide wrapper scripts mason_genome etc.
