- Only some specific positions allow this modality.
- Only allowed for candidates who have a work permit in Spain
- To apply for it, you must match all the requirements.
- You will be required to attend global company or team events, maximum twice per year.
- You will receive a pre-taxes payment of 30 € monthly in your payslip to cover the extra expenses of working from home.
- You will be entitled to work only from the location stated in your contract. If you need to temporarily work from elsewhere, it will require your manager approval.
- The hybrid model allows you to work 3 days a week from home and 2 days a week at the office. Every team will determine the days that you should be at the office.
- If you need to go to the office an extra day you will have to add your name to the list for the specific day. There will be a limited number of spots per day.
- You will receive a pre-taxes payment of 15 € monthly in your payslip to cover the extra expenses.
