The application is for keeping a new born child's biological records (like parents info, blood group, weight, length, skin color, eye color, hair color, birthday, breathing and heart rate, vaccination info etc.) in a secure distributed ledger using Blockchain cryptographic hash function. There is a network with two organization as certificates issuer and mass people who can give the consensus to add every new child to the ledger.
