TODO

  1. Make a new HMC830 Board with controller and improve it's performance.
  2. Open Mode SPI Communication.
  3. Replace Hardcode of PFD.
  4. Add Exact Frequency Tuning Mode.
  5. Compatible to Arduino Library.
  6. Compatible to FPGAs by Verilog.
