Minimal PyPi server running in a docker container.
Expected location for an htaccess file: /.htaccess.
Example in Debian/Ubuntu:
apt-get install apache2-utils
htpasswd -cb /.htpasswd guest guest
Example docker-compose.yml file:

Add your credentials to your .pypirc file:
