Download the package via composer by running:

Include the following in the app\config.php's file providers array:

... // Other Service Providers
CWMP\Laravel\CWMPServiceProvider::class,
],
Run the following artisan command:
php artisan vendor:publish --provider="CWMP\Laravel\CWMPServiceProvider"
