This quiz determines whether you would be able to vote in the 1786 United States election

Steps to take the quiz:

1. Copy the code from the .py file
2. Paste it into any python interpreter (i.e. pycharm or this nice one)
3. Hit run
4. Have fun taking this historical quiz
