A small web application that will be used by doctors for reporting. Reporting is the process of writing a text report for a scan. A scan could be XRAY, a CT scan or MRI scan. There are two kinds of users in the system Hospitals and Doctors Hospitals upload scans and assign them to doctors. A scan will contain one or more image files and some other metadata about the scan such as Patient Name, Age, Gender and Date of scan, and the doctor to which the scan should be assigned to. Doctors can see all the scans that are assigned to them, and will look at the images and write a report for the scan. Once he/she completes the task and writes the report, the hospital should be able to see the report. Now the doctor might have some questions / queries about the patient, that the hospital can answer. So for each scan we should be able to provide a very simple chat between the doctor and the hospital where the doctor can post a question and the hospital can reply to that. This chat should also be saved for any future references.
