example appengine app using dwolla API, to quickly generate micro pages for collecting payments.

- clean up css / styles
- make a proper pull request to integrate appengine changes (no requests module on ae) changes to upstream dwolla-python api repo.
- finish render text as markdown (see markdown.py for how to use github mardown rendering api)
- generate shorter URLs
- make templates look nicer
- more features? (select template, use keyword instad of hash/random string)
