- cct.py: Definition of the Compact convolutional transformer
- custom_loader.py: Function for preprocessing of the original log data
- train.py: Start the training of the CCT on the training data
- create_uniqe: Function to remove samples from the test set, which are in training set
- evaluate.py: Creates a validation and test set to evaluate the trained CCT. The created test set is cleard of dublicates from the validation set. The decision threshold is found 1) via the precission-recall curve and 2) by testing different predifend threshold values.
