How to use visual tool?

Before, I realized visualization under the openpcdet framework, but there was only point cloud information but no corresponding rgb information. mayavi library is really convenient and can display both parts at the same time, but I still don't understand the use of visual_utils. Is there any api for reference? @hailanyi

I use the code developed by myself for visualization. So the visual_utils may be incorrect. I'm sorry about that, please use the code from OpenPCDet for visualization.
