Error in trying to run Demo

Hello,

I was able to successfully install peaks2utr but I tried to execute demo I got this error:
TypeError: cannot pickle '_io.TextIOWrapper' object

How can this be solved?

I have released v1.1.1 with an apparent fix for this error encountered on macOS. Can you try to update peaks2utr to this version and run again.
