How to setup a new laptop

• Update Windows
• Enable developer mode
• Install package manager or from windows store make sure App Installer is installed:
  • https://github.com/microsoft/winget-cli/releases
• Enable insider builds offline
  • https://github.com/whatever127/offlineinsiderenroll
• Windows subsystem forlinux (currently fails with winget)
  • https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/wsl/install-manual#downloading-distros
• Install office

dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:TelnetClient /norestart
