first time install:

• clone repo
• clone gatsby-theme-gmcm into its repo
• open gatsby-theme-gmcm/package.json
• change name to gatsby-theme-gmcm
• change version to 1.0.0
• in gmcm-builder run yarn - packages should install.
• try yarn workspace site start and it should build the site.
• you can now change the gatsby-theme-gmcm/package.json contents back to what they were.
