Run ng generate library <project-name> to generate a new library project. This will generate a project in your workpspace that contains an Angular module with a component and a service.
Run ng build tf-ng-form-components from the workspace folder to build the component, the output files are created in the dist/<project-name> folder.
Run ng build tf-ng-core from the workspace folder to build the component, the output files are created in the dist/tf-ng-core folder.
Navigate to the project dist folder with the command cd dist/<project-name>
cd dist/tf-ng-form-components
cd dist/tf-ng-core
Run the command npm publish to publish the component the npm.
tf-ng-core
make a component ...
ng g c tf-ng-< COMPONENT NAME > --project tf-ng-core
BUILD ...

ng build tf-ng-core
cd dist/tf-ng-core
npm publish
cd ../../
