jQuery Preloader

This jQuery plugin preloads contents (css, js, html, images etc) with visual loader, fast and very small (~7Kb, not minified).

New for BETA 4.1

• Fixed caching problem - the argument was inverted (Shashank)
• Fixed ending callback timing (Shashank)

Pending for next version

• Read CSS files and HTML for images to be preloaded
• Needs testing and contribution from everybody :)
