Build
go build ./cmd/postto/postto.go
Run
./postto http://$HOST/send/to/path
Postto reads its input from stdin. For example:
cat file | ./postto http://$HOST/send/to/path
or
while true; do echo 123; done | ./postto http://$HOST/send/to/path
