This repository houses the majority of the scripts I wrote while working on my thesis. As I did not originally intend on making these public, they are largely uncommented, but should not be difficult to interpret. If I have free time, I will go through and polish them up a bit. The data in my personal repository is roughly 40 gigabytes in size and too large for storage on GitHub.
