Just another WordPress theme. Per the license, you're welcome to use and modify it if you want, but this was written for a specific site and isn't intended to be used elsewhere. Therefore, there is no support whatsoever for third-party usage. In addition, it will soon be obsolete as that one site using it is transitioning off WordPress.
