autoTable

一些小规定：

在第一列为序号列，第一列的第一个字符串位置为状态位，如🚧、🔵等
最后一列为 PR 列，多 PR 使用<br/>分割, 例如：#1<br/>#2
倒数第二列为认领人列，多认领人使用<br/>分割，认领人 @ 符号前一位为状态位，如🚧@gouzil<br/>🔵@gouzil

表示一个表格的开始和结束, A到Z大写

自定义 pull 搜索开始时间

不兼容提示

v0.2.0->v0.3.0

在v0.3.0版本中 pr 链接将会全部使用gouzil/autoTable#1的表现形式.

如果之前使用了#1的形式或者https://github.com/gouzil/autoTable/pull/1形式, 可以使用 autotable migrate02to03 gouzil/autoTable [issue_id | local_file] 命令进行修改, 如遇到迁移失败则需要手动修改。
